Saluda Athletics will be offering FREE PHYSICALS once again this year for students in grades 6th - 11th. The physicals are performed by Family Healthcare North / South Saluda (affiliates of Self Regional) and sponsored by local churches. Take advantage of this great opportunity provided for you. Forms will be available in the SMS and SHS Offices as well as in my door. If you have any questions, ask your coach or myself. Pay special attention to deadlines.
