I love my substitutes!  They are always so nice. We need substitute teachers to encourage us to learn.  I like the subs because they make the day feel very different. and I feel like they deserve something very special one day We need substitute teachers because they help us learn when the teacher is gone We are always in need of substitute teachers here at Saluda High School.  We do have some subs, which are lower in numbers since Covid. But we have subs, maybe 3 or 4 subs, that are willing to come in. Some days we need subs more than others. Anytime we can get more subs, we're delighted to invite them in to Saluda High School We need substitutes teachers to help us do our work. We need subs because as teachers we have lives outside of school that might require us to take a day off work-- for health, for doctors appointments for dentist appointments, an injury or maybe we have a family member that's sick or we have some kind of an emergency that comes up.  And so, hopefully ,we have subs that follow through to do those assignments so that when we come back the kids don't lose ground or they are still moving forward. The reason we need substitutes is because if my teacher is sick, they would come to my school and help us learn. And if, anyone is sick at our school they would come and help people. We need substitute teachers  because they are essential for our success. The main reason why we need substitute teachers is to make sure that our students are on track and actively learning.  Also, if someone is out, to make sure that there is coverage in the areas that we need. I like subs because they are so nice and help me very much. We need substitute teachers to help us do our best.  Do you enjoy working with children and making a difference in their lives and you will find substitute teaching to be a rewarding job.  When a classroom teacher is absent, substitute teachers play a significant role in maintaining a stable classroom.   It also provides a flexible job schedule where you determine your availability.  As an added bonus you'll be working with Saluda County School's great team of administrators and staff. All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
